Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Jordanna and I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Manchester, UK.
At Mindful Psychotherapy, I offer short-term and long-term counselling and psychotherapy sessions. I provide a safe, empathic and confidential space for you to begin to explore and work through, anything that you might be struggling with or distressed by. I recognise that everyone has unique and individual needs, so I integrate a variety of different theories and techniques into my approach, in order to help each person in a way that best suits them.
In addition to integrative counselling and psychotherapy. I also offer cognitive behavioual therapy (CBT) specific sessions. CBT explores the link between our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and how our bodies feel. During sessions we will highlight and discuss the connection between these different areas and how changes is one area can in turn cause changes in the other three areas. I will work collaboratively with you to assess the areas that you are struggling with and create a plan to help manage these difficulties, using evidence-based interventions.
